Our Trip to Hawii

We had so much fun in Hawaii. We went to the island Maui, it was so beautiful. Going to the beach everyday was great I could have stayed there forever. Berrik absolutely loved the beach besides sand getting everywhere. We loved Hawaii can't wait to go back.

Ben Got a Interview

We are so excited Ben got a interview in Washington. His interview is on Orcas Island working for there power company its pretty exciting. Its kind of crazy cause his interview in on the 19th and we leave for Hawaii on the 20th. Talk about a dilemma, well next week is going to be a crazy week. Ben in going to fly out of Idaho Falls on Wednesday the 18th to Seattle, drive three hours to get on a fiery to get to the island then have his interview, then drive back to Seattle and fly to Salt Lake to meet us so we can go to Hawaii. CRAZY he is going to be so tired. Well I'll let you know how every thing goes when we get back.

Trick or Treat

Halloween was so much fun. Berrik was a Garden Gnome as you can see, he was so funny as soon as we put that costume on him it was like he was a totally different kid. Berrik loved trick or treating, we parked at Grandma Bollingers house and he never stopped running, he ran from house to house it was pretty hilarious. He was on a major sugar high when we stopped at grandma Bollingers house his uncle Jess tried to take a picture of him and would not hold still even when we tried to hold him still. Anyways it was a pretty fun night.

Halloween Time

We're so excited for Halloween, it one of Ben's favorite holidays. We carved pumpkins last night, Berrik didn't really know what was going on but it was fun. We gave him a spoon to clean out his pumpkin but he started eating the seeds, it was exciting. Ben always has to do something different every year, but it is so much fun. Berrik is going to be a Garden Gnome it is so funny he looks so cute in his costume. Once we get some good pictures I will post them.

We're Gonna Stay Put For a Little Bit Longer

So the last time I posted Ben was going to be done working on October 31, but they have given him another month. So we have till the end of November. But we're still looking for jobs, Ben is applying for a job in Alaska (that will be interesting), but it could be kind of exciting. He also applied for another job in Washington, but were still just waiting. Ben makes fun of me cause every time he applies for another job I find us a house in the area. Well we are very thankful they are letting Ben work for another month, but we're still praying for a job, and a buyer for our house.

Still Looking

Well we didn't get the Montana job, but we're still looking. Ben has applied for a job in Philomath Oregon, it's a smaller town outside Corvallis. It sounds like a neat town, in the add for the job it says that it is 50 min from the woods and 45 min from the beach, so that would be kind of cool. It's the best of both worlds. Well we're just waiting to hear form them, so we'll keep praying for a job.

Augusts Bad News

As most of you have heard Ben is going to be laid off at the end of October. This kind of came as a shock to us we had no idea it was going to happen. But everything is starting to look up from here, Ben has already had a interview in Dillon Montana at Vigilante Electric. We haven't heard back from them yet but we are really praying for this job. We actually would be living in Townsend Montana, it is a nice small town allot like Ashton and it is only about a half an hour away from Helena so that will be nice to be close to a bigger city that has a Wal-Mart. So if we get this job we will only be about three hours away from home and that's not to bad. So now we are trying to sell the house and that is going to be a challenge in itself. Well I will keep everyone informed on whats going on later on.

HOT! HOT! HOT!

It has been so hot the past couple of weeks that Jenni and I decided to take the boys to the river to play in the water. I was suprised the water was so warm. Berrik and Asher loved the water, they sat right down and were throwing rocks and playing in the sand.
